The August meeting of our Planning Committee will be broadcast live on our YouTube channel from 6pm on the 13th.
Applications on the agenda include the creation of 16 apartments at the former RBS building in Matlock's Snitterton Road.
Permission is also sought for the installation of 112 solar panels on the roof of the District Council's Northwood Depot, together with a proposed 13kw source heat pump to replace a gas boiler.
Other applications scheduled to be debated are from Marston Montgomery, Sutton on the Hill and Wyaston.
