This meeting of the Council's Community and Environment Committee will be broadcast live on our YouTube channel from 6pm on 30 July.
Agenda items include a Nature Delivery Plan for 2024 to 2027 and capital bids for inclusion into the Capital Programme 2024/25.
There's also an Environmental Health Commercial Team Service Plan and a debate on enforcement of Electrical Safety Standards in the private rented sector.
The Committee will also consider the introduction of Planning Performance Agreements as a Project Management Tool and the Government's newly developed 'First Homes' tenure to help first time buyers onto the property ladder, plus there's a report on the Affordable Housing Delivery Programme.
