Notice is hereby given that Derbyshire Dales District Council proposes, in accordance with s.123 Local Government Act 1972, to dispose of approximately 210m² of land at Hall Leys Park, Matlock, DE4 3AR, by way of a lease with ancillary rights over neighbouring land.
