Appeal for properties during coronavirus outbreak

Councils across Derbyshire are appealing to property owners that might have habitable property available for individuals or households that find themselves with nowhere to live right now.

Any landlords or property owners should contact DASH Services, who are coordinating any responses. They are available on 01332 641408 or email CB4YS@derby.gov.uk.

Or alternatively make contact with the Derbyshire Dales Housing Team on 01629 761131 / 761181 or email homelessness@derbyshiredales.gov.uk.

With hotels closed, options are diminishing rapidly.
