Derbyshire Dales District Council is required, under section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005 to review, consult and publish a Gambling Policy ' Statement of Principles' every three years.
The current policy became effective in 2022 and must be reviewed and republished by 31st January 2025.

The Gambling Commission have suggested that the published consultation copy of the Statement of Principles' has tracked changes. This makes it easier for the changes to be seen and what is being consulted upon. The proposed Statement of Principles for 2025 - 2028 at the above link shows the tracked changes in yellow.
