Statement of Community Involvement 2021
Section 18 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act (2004) (as amended) requires that the District Council prepare a Statement of Community Involvement (SCI).The aim of the Statement of Community Involvement is to:
- explain to local communities and stakeholders how they will be involved in the preparation, alteration and review of Local Plans; and
- also in the determination of planning applications.
The District Council adopted the revised Statement of Community Involvement (2021) on 10th February 2021.
