Safeguarding Awareness Training Course

All new drivers and Private Hire Operators must successfully complete an eLearning Safeguarding Awareness Training Course. This is to ensure that all Hackney Carriage, Private Hire Drivers ( including Contract Private Hire) and Private Hire Operators have a good understanding of what their safeguarding responsibilities are and an awareness of the best practices and protocols when carrying potentially vulnerable passengers.
