Join us for the 2025 3K Fun Run Challenge!
Local people can again jog into the new year by taking part in family friendly event at Hall Leys Park in the Derbyshire Dales. This year we are hosting one event in Matlock on Saturday 18th January 2025. The 3k events have been really popular over the last three years and this is another opportunity for all ages and abilities to get outside and get active with family and friends.
The event is a friendly, fun and accessible 3km run, walk challenge on good paths in the park so why not join us at our fabulous event! You can walk, jog, wheel (chair) or run and there is no time limit or timing being taken. (If you want to time yourself you can). Being active is so important to both our physical and mental health. Your event ticket cost will also be a donation to the park to ensure that future generations get to enjoy this fabulous parks for many years to come! Well behaved dogs on a lead are also welcome.

Registration opens from 9.15am and the warm up starts at around 9.50am. Start time is 10am.

Early Bird Rate: Prices are the same as last year at £3 per adult/child and a family ticket £10 (2 adults & 2 children) - plus ticketsource booking fee. Every finisher will receive a high quality eco friendly medal! Your event ticket cost will also be a donation to the park to ensure that future generations get to enjoy this fabulous parks for many years to come! Deadline is 31st December 2024 at 11:59pm.
Entry Fees from 1st January 2025: £3.50 per adult /child and a Family Ticket is £12 (2 adults & 2 children) - plus ticketsource booking fee.
Under 3s are still FREE - but don't forget to book them so they also get a medal!
