WATCH | Full council, 18 March 2021

There's an interesting report at our full council meeting this Thursday (18 March) advising Members about proposals being advocated by Peaks and Dales Rail to re-open the railway line from Matlock to Manchester.

Other agenda items at the 6pm meeting, which will be broadcast live on our YouTube channel, include a report on the Council's medium term financial strategy to 2025/26 and the coming year's Capital Strategy Report.

Councillors will also note the draft recommendations of the Local Government Boundary Commission for England in respect of proposed electoral arrangements for Derbyshire Dales District Council.

As the Council cannot hold meetings at the Town Hall, Public Participation can only take place using the Zoom application or by written representations. Members of the public are able to comment or ask questions on the items listed in the agenda and must give notice before 12 noon on the day preceding the meeting by:
