The 6pm meeting will consider a report seeking approval for extra funding requested by Freedom Leisure in order to continue to operate the four leisure centres in the Derbyshire Dales operated on the Council's behalf following Covid disruptions.
Councillors will also debate a report for the release of further capital funding for the Ashbourne Recreation Ground Pavilion in the Park project.
The meeting will also debate a review of the Council's Clean & Green service and will be asked to note the selection of a development and management agent for our new Council Housing programme. Another report will set out proposed capital allocations for affordable housing delivery and a further round of energy efficiency measures.
There will be a report on performance against the District Council’s Corporate Plan targets - noting where performance is strong and where progress has been delayed by Covid impacts.
Councillors will also be asked to note a report on an urgent decision taken regarding Test and Trace Support Payments and to provide a progress report on the schemes.
There's also a review of Council Assets informing councillors of the methodology and outcome of an independent review of assets.
