Travellers served with eviction order
We hope and expect that the Travellers will now leave the site of their own accord to prevent the need to carry out a formal eviction.
At today’s Court hearing we successfully challenged an earlier eviction Order - obtained in March - where another Court specified that the Order could not be executed until coronavirus restrictions were relaxed.
