The deadline for postal votes has now passed, but you can still appoint a proxy to vote for you. He or she must be willing to vote on your behalf and legally be allowed to vote. Please note you cannot apply for a proxy vote if you have already applied for a postal vote.
Completed proxy vote applications must reach us no later than 5pm on 4 December.

Alternatively you can scan/photograph your completed proxy form and email to av@derbyshiredales.gov.uk or bring it in person to the Town Hall in Matlock before the deadline.
