The YES vote won the Wirksworth Neighbourhood Plan referendum by 2,235 yes votes to 471 no.
The vote took place on Thursday 7 May 2015 on the following question:
Do you want Derbyshire Dales District Council to use the neighbourhood plan for Wirksworth to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?
