Very Easy Walk 30 - 75 minutes
Suitable for people looking for gentle exercise, to lose weight and have a more active lifestyle. Routes are chosen to ensure the walks are on good surfaces and designed to increase your heart rate.
These walks will ideally suit walkers who would like to go that little bit further. Walks may include some stiles and slight up-hill walking on rougher terrain.
More challenging walks and depending on the route and are likely to include stiles, uphill and downhill walking on rougher terrain.
Long Progression Walk 120 - 180 minutes
Longer strenuous walks run weekly around Ashbourne on a Wednesday morning 10.30am. The walking group welcome new walkers and meet at different locations to go on walks all over the Dales.
