Karen has a strong sales background with over 25 years both in retail and business. Her corporate career peaked with a role as a Sales Director for a national housebuilder. However, being a sales director didn't fit with being a mum so she left the corporate world in 2008 to set up her Sales and Social Media Consultancy based near East Midlands Airport.

For jobseekers looking to get back into work, this is a free event for those looking to gain employment and suitable for anyone who is 16+
There will be 25+ employers local to Derby in attendance and all will be looking for local jobseekers.
The jobs fair is a great way to speak to potential employers face to face.
You can register with employers for jobs, collect information on employers, ask them questions, apply for jobs or even have a mini interview on the day.
Free to attend with no registration required. We recommend bringing a CV with you as companies will be recruiting on the day.
