Application under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE DERBYSHIRE DALES DISTRICT COUNCIL HAVE RECEIVED AN APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT UNDER THE Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016:
The company known as Volmix Ltd, Ranmoor, Clatterway, Bonsall. DE4 2AH has applied to Derbyshire Dales District Council for a permit to operate a concrete batching process at Ryder Point Works, Ryder Point Road, Wirksworth, Derbyshire, DE4 4HE.
The application has been placed on the public register and can be viewed from online at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk. Any written comments on the application should be made to the Derbyshire Dales District Council, Bank Road, Matlock, Derbyshire. DE4 3NN or email to Envhealth@derbyshiredales.gov.uk by 30 January 2019. Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.

This Statement allows for the continuation of an activity, whilst the District Council consult with the Environment Agency about a revised waste code classification.
