Walk this Way to Wellbeing Festival - 25th September 2024
Join us on Wednesday 25th September at Wirksworth Town Hall for our celebration event of 20 years of Health Walks in Derbyshire Dales.
Time: 11.30am to 2pm
Free event with taster activities, stalls, tombola raising fund for Derby Mountain Rescue, refreshments and a video made by Walk Derbyshire about our walks.
Timetable of activities:
- 10am Wirksworth and Matlock Wednesday walking groups are meeting at Ecclesbourne Railway Car Park for a steady walk (including stiles and hills) of about 90minutes.
- 11.30am event opens at the Town Hall
- 11.45am Taster Session 1 - Strength & Tone activity delivered by Freedom Leisure
- 12.30pm Taster Session 2 - Sound Bath activity delivered by Positive Healthy Vibes
- 1.15pm Taster Session 3 - Stronger for Longer 9Otago) activity delivered by Active Dales
- 2pm event closes.
