Business Rates can be paid in a number of ways:
Online
If you have a debit card or a credit card then you can pay your bill on-line. All you need to do is visit the on-line payments page and follow the instructions. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Direct Debit
This is the most convenient way to pay for both the customer and the Council and is the only payment method to give you a choice of payment dates of either the first, tenth or twenty-fifth of the month, in addition to annually and half-yearly. If you have already signed a Direct Debit Instruction you need take no further action. If you would like to pay by Direct Debit, please contact the Council (telephone 01629 818222) and you can set up a Direct Debit Instruction quickly and easily over the phone.
Telephone
Payments can be made using most debit and credit cards (excluding American Express) over the telephone. Call 01629 761295.
